👉 You do NOT need to return to the same place of purchase


Steps to Claim Warranty Service

1. Keep Your Product Serial Number

  • The serial number is required to verify your warranty

  • It is usually found on the product or packaging


2. Visit Any Authorized Partner

  • Go to any of our:

    • Stores

    • Distributors

    • Wholesalers

    • Retailers


3. Provide Required Details

  • Serial Number of the product

  • Description of the issue

  • Proof of purchase (if available)


4. Warranty Verification

  • Our partner will check your Serial Number in the system

  • Warranty status will be confirmed instantly


5. Service or Replacement

  • If covered under warranty:

    • Product will be repaired or replaced

  • If not covered:

    • You will be informed about service charges
